Pump prices at the big Singapore brands (Shell, Esso, Caltex, SPC, Sinopec) usually sit within a few cents of each other. The bigger saving comes from your credit card or loyalty discount and from filling up at the nearest cheap station instead of driving across the island to shave off two cents a litre.

For a given brand, yes, the advertised price is set nationally, so a Shell in Jurong shows the same list price as a Shell in Tampines. What changes is how far you drive to get there. Filling up at the nearest station of a cheap brand usually beats driving across town for a slightly lower price.

No. Every price here is the advertised pump price before any discount. Real drivers pay less once you factor in card and loyalty deals, which can knock off 15 to 20 percent or more depending on the card and brand. Work out your net price by subtracting your own discount from the list price shown.
